The Game Changer is your 4-week solution to start (or restart) strength training with confidence.

Together we will meet 3 times a week for a month. One of these classes will be on Thursday mornings in Totnes, Devon and two classes will be online each week. 

Together, in a small and supportive group, your body will begin to soak up healthier movement patterns and build better habits enabling you to move with greater ease & strength. 

All levels welcome

  • Is this suitable for anybody?

    Providing that you can get up get up and down to practice on the floor and that you are steady on two feet then this is course is for you!

  • Are beginners welcome?

    Absolutely. This course is suitable for ALL levels as we will all go back to basics and ensure that we have truly nailed it. Modifications & progressions will be taught

  • What happens if I miss a class?

    All online classes are recorded and you will have access to the recordings for a week to enable you to catch up :)
