What's on offer?

The Game Changer Intensive is a combination of meeting together on Thursdays (10.45 am Birdwood House, Totnes) followed by meeting together online (20 mins) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Weds (10.20 am). This pattern repeats for 6 weeks


The formula is simple. We nail the precision in class and we then practice and this is where the magic lies

You are not left alone with your 'homework'. 

If, like many, you are always too busy to 'fit it all in' this course is perfect for you as it's achievable. You and all your classmates will be rocking up and you will be accountable !!

Why is this course so effective?

By the end of the 6 weeks you will be on a roll getting used to your regular dose of good movement patterns and your body will soak it up and thank you kindly big time! 

This is how our body makes changes. It learns to do well what we repeat so if you practise little and often then it will automatically use the right muscles to do the right job. 


You will feel the support of the others in the group and will be more motivated keep going. There will be an optional WhatsApp chat for those who like to chat and ask questions!

This 6 Week Intensive Pilates course is designed to help you prioritise your own health by making exercise a regular part of your everyday life. We will achieve this by working together in a small group encouraging each other to develop the discipline to work out for just 20 minutes a day! 

You will feel stronger, more confident and more motivated to look after yourself better understanding what your body needs and feeling how small regular workouts can change not only how you feel about your body but also how well you move in everyday life.

  • Is this suitable for anybody?

    Providing that you can get up get up and down to practice on the floor and that you are steady on two feet then this is course is for you!

  • Are beginners welcome?

    Absolutely. This course is suitable for ALL levels as we will all go back to basics and ensure that we have truly nailed it. Modifications & progressions will be taught

  • What happens if I miss a class?

    All online classes are recorded and you will have access to the recordings for a week to enable you to catch up :)
