Zoom Replays Taster
Here is a wee taster of the LIVE Zoom classes. These recordings are included in the Full Monty membership but for January/February I wanted to share a few with you guys to keep you inspired xx
Course 1: "The Refresher"
This is an ideal starting point if you are feeling a 'little rusty' & want to be reminded of all those key exercises that 'awaken' your body's memory of healthy movement patterns (included in monthly memberships)(1) 5.0 average rating
Course 2: Feeling "On Track"?
If you are generally fit & well, no underlying niggles AND have been keeping active then jump right in here. Otherwise start with Course 1 & make sure you have awakened all those deep core muscles and your body's memory of good movement.(1) 5.0 average rating
Course 3: "Turn Up the Volume"
So here we build those familiar exercises with more challenging progressions. We add complexity and more load to strengthen and challenge. After this you can dip into the Pick and Mix! Included in the monthly memberships.(1) 4.0 average rating
"Pick & Mix" Workouts
A great way to keep yourself inspired. Mix it up. See what works best for you. Choose from 20-30 mins workouts and pick your theme: workouts for tight shoulders/tricky hips/lower back pain/gardening/standing? (Included in monthly memberships)(2) 4.5 average rating
